We are raising Scottish Highland and Angus cattle on Certified Organic pastures amid the mists of the Sonoma coast without hormones, GMO's, antibiotics, additives, preservatives and certainly, no corn. This is 100% grass-fed beef, USDA inspected and dry-aged for three weeks. Sottish Highlanders, being a Heritage Breed, take almost twice as long to mature as the Angus, which is reflected in the slightly higher prices. Not all cuts are available at all times, so contact us for details.
