Beef Price List
We raise Scottish Highland, Angus & Hereford cattle on Certified Organic pastures in the mists of the Sonoma coast. No growth hormones, GMO's, antibiotics, preservatives and certainly, no corn. The climate is cool like their natural British habitat. Our beef is 100% grass-fed AND grass-finished,  dry-aged 2-3 weeks and USDA inspected. If you visit our ranch, you will see our cattle contentedly grazing on native grasses, giving the cows a truly natural and varied diet. Unlike some, we only sell beef grown on our own ranch, and do not have a "network of trusted partners" producing it for us to expand sales. Our customers regularly tell us ours is the best beef they have tasted.
